Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Recruitment for requisitions of BMcD.
  • Using Taleo for Resume screening and shortlisting.
  • Searching for profiles in LinkedIn for projects assigned in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Handling US hiring database and moving resumes as per their specifications.
  • Responsible for Internal hiring as and when required
  • Working on other international job portals as and when needed
  • Communicating with US HR team as per the work requirement

Qualifications

The candidate should have Bacherlors/Masters degree in Human Resource. The candidate should have a work experience of 0-3 years.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Recruitment and Staffing: HR Executives in a COR (Construction and Operations Readiness) role are responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process for construction and operational positions. This includes creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations: Building and maintaining positive employee relations is a crucial responsibility. HR Executives in a COR role address employee concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment within the construction and operations teams.
  • Training and Development: Ensuring that employees in construction and operations are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge is essential. HR Executives oversee training programs, identify development needs, and coordinate relevant training sessions to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Policy Implementation: HR Executives play a key role in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures specific to the construction and operations departments. This includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project-specific policies, and overall HR guidelines.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED
